what if the time stops ticking at 2:11 PM
Hi all! some updates/highlights to post on (:
Last Saturday, 4th August, was out with my parents at VivoCity, to do a little shopping for my gift from them (and my brother). Poor them, following me around everywhere. By the end of the day, all of our legs were so tired. Anyhow, the highlight of the day was that I bumped into a really, really old friend! My really bosom buddy from primary four. For years we kept in touch, met up. And, for a few years since, we've not done so. All good things come to an end? Lol. Rubbish :D
On Tuesday, 7th August, I received lots of wishes, and after that belated ones. Again, thank you all, very much. On that day, in class the class sang me a birthday song. Actually not once, but thrice? For everytime someone who missed the 'singing session' (from going to the toilet), they decided to sing again. It was embarrassing, yet heart-warming at the same time. In the evening I celebrated my birthday with my beloved family, together with my grandparents. Very simple celebration with dinner and cake, but lovely. 'Cause not everybody get to do that. These days, I try to snap as many family pictures as possible, during celebrations. As much as I dislike taking pictures, they are for memorial purposes (:
Yesterday, 11th August, went out with 3-in-1 buddy. Destination One, Clarke Quay's CENTRAL (the new mall), the one my brother said was done with it's renovations. Pfft. Apparently not. A waste of time going there. Thank goodness for train concession! Heh. After that we headed down to Marina Square and then Suntec City, there we wanted to dine at Subway, but the stinking place ran out of bread. Double pffft. So we ended up dining at the foodcourt :D Walked alot, and my feet ached. After the long-ish day, we bought ourselves Yummi Yoghurt from Lot1 and then headed home.
Today, 12th August, will be going to my grandparent's place later. My grandfather fell yesterday and he has bruises and grazes on his knees. Ouch. Alright, think I have to shower now. Adios amigos ;)
